General Rules

Respect

Treat all players and staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination, and abusive language will not be tolerated.

Any behavior deemed disrespectful by staff may result in warnings or bans.

Examples of Disrespect

Insulting or mocking other players or staff.
Spamming chat with negative comments.
Ignoring staff directions or being argumentative.

Reporting Disrespect

Use /report to notify staff of disrespectful behavior.
Provide evidence (screenshots, clips) when possible.

Staff Instructions

Follow all instructions given by staff members. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.

RP Quality

Maintain a high standard of roleplay.

Unrealistic or low-effort roleplay is discouraged.

Communication Rules

No Slurs

The use of racial, homophobic, sexist, or any other discriminatory slurs is strictly prohibited.

Applies to all forms of communication, including voice, text, and in-game actions.

What counts as a slur?

Any derogatory term targeting race, gender, sexuality, religion, or disability.
Masked or "joking" use is still a violation.

Consequences

Immediate mute, kick, or ban depending on severity.
Repeat offenses result in permanent bans.

English Only

All public communication must be in English to ensure staff can moderate and assist.

Private conversations may use other languages if all parties agree.

No Spamming

Spamming chat, commands, or actions is not allowed.

Keep communication clear and relevant to the roleplay.

Roleplay Rules

Roleplay

Always stay in character unless in designated OOC (Out of Character) areas or channels.

Use appropriate RP behavior at all times for immersion.

Meta Gaming

Using out-of-character information to influence in-character decisions is strictly prohibited.

Keep IC and OOC information separate at all times.

Power Gaming

Forcing actions on other players or creating unrealistic scenarios is not allowed.

Ensure that all actions are fair and provide other players with a chance to respond.

Trolling

Engaging in behavior that disrupts the server or other players' experience without proper roleplay justification is not allowed.

This includes excessive trolling, griefing, or creating chaos for disruption.

Griefing

Deliberately harassing or causing distress to other players outside of roleplay is forbidden.

Repeatedly targeting a player or group without a valid RP reason falls under griefing.

Cheating

Using cheats, hacks, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

This includes spawning vehicles out of nowhere or using glitches to alter gameplay.

No Exploits

Using bugs, glitches, or third-party programs to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

Report any discovered exploits to the staff immediately.

New Life Rule (NLR)

Upon your character's death, you must forget the events leading up to it. Returning to the location of death or seeking revenge is prohibited for a set period (e.g., 10 minutes).

Respect the NLR to maintain fair and realistic roleplay.

Fear Roleplay (FearRP)

Characters should exhibit realistic fear responses in life-threatening situations. For instance, surrendering when outnumbered or unarmed.

Failure to show fear in appropriate situations may result in disciplinary action.

Value Your Life (VYL)

You must always value your character's life. Do not take actions that a reasonable person would avoid if their life was at risk (e.g., charging at armed players while unarmed, refusing to comply with deadly threats).

Treat dangerous situations seriously and avoid "throwaway" behavior. Not valuing your life may result in disciplinary action.

Crime & Law Enforcement Rules

RDM (Random Deathmatch) Prohibited

Killing another player without a valid in-character reason is prohibited.

All confrontations must be roleplayed properly with sufficient RP buildup and context.

VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch) Prohibited

Using a vehicle to run over or kill another player without a valid RP reason is forbidden.

Vehicle-based attacks must have proper roleplay context and justification.

Shooting

You must have a valid in-character reason for shooting another player.

Ensure that all acts of violence are justified within the context of the roleplay scenario.

Valid Reasons

Self-defense or defense of others.
Escalation of a properly roleplayed conflict.
Robbery or criminal activity with sufficient RP buildup.

Invalid Reasons

Shooting for fun or without RP context.
Randomly attacking players without interaction.

Vehicle Spawning

Do not spawn vehicles out of nowhere or respawn/fix your vehicle mid scene, mid chase. Must use correct areas to repair vehicles (i.e. mechanic shop or home garage).

Any vehicle-related requests or actions should be made through the /report command.

Ped Changes

Changing peds rapidly to disrupt RP or end roleplay abruptly is not allowed.

Ensure all character changes are roleplayed appropriately and contribute to the RP scenario.

Police Vehicles

Stealing or using police vehicles without explicit staff permission is prohibited.

To request permission for police vehicle use, please use the /report command.

Allowed Use Cases

Only with explicit staff permission for special RP scenarios.
Temporary use for event purposes if authorized.

Consequences

Unauthorized use may result in kick or ban.
Repeat offenses will escalate penalties.

Impersonation

Impersonating law enforcement officers or any official role without staff permission is not allowed. (Must Have 5 or More LEO On Duty)

Any requests to impersonate such roles should be made through the /report command. (Staff have the right to refuse permission for any reason) DOJ impersonations are not allowed.

What Counts as Impersonation?

Wearing police uniforms or using police equipment without approval.
Claiming to be law enforcement or government officials in RP.

How to Request Permission

Use /report and wait for staff approval before starting any impersonation RP.
Staff may deny requests for any reason.

Cop Baiting

Deliberately provoking police without valid roleplay reasons is not allowed.

All interactions with LEOs should have proper RP context.

Priority Rules

Priority In Progress Active

When a priority is in progress, no other priorities or major crimes may be started until it is concluded and staff or dispatch announces it is over.

Listen for staff or dispatch announcements regarding the status of priorities.

Priority Cooldown Cooldown

After a priority ends, a cooldown period is enforced. No new priorities or major crimes may be started until the cooldown is over and staff/dispatch announces it.

Typical cooldown is 10-20 minutes, but always follow staff/dispatch instructions.

Priority Hold Hold

During a priority hold, no priorities or major crimes are allowed. This is usually enforced by staff for server stability or special events.

Wait for staff/dispatch to lift the hold before starting any major criminal activity.

LEO Priority Rules

LEOs (Law Enforcement Officers) must also follow priority rules. LEO-initiated priorities (such as large-scale pursuits or raids) count as server priorities and trigger cooldowns/holds as appropriate.

LEOs should coordinate with staff/dispatch before initiating major actions that could be considered a priority.

No Chain Priorities

Do not start a new priority immediately after another ends. Allow time for cooldown and server reset.

Staff May Pause Priorities

Staff may pause or end priorities at any time for server stability or events.

Peacetime Rule

When Peacetime is active, no combat is allowed. This means you may not shoot, punch, or initiate any form of violence, including using vehicles to harm others (e.g., ramming or running over).

Do not attempt to bypass Peacetime by finding loopholes or using creative methods to attack players. Peacetime is in place to ensure safe and orderly interactions—respect it at all times.

Violating or attempting to circumvent Peacetime will result in disciplinary action.

Prohibited Roleplay

Realistic Driving & GTA Driving Prohibited

All players are expected to drive realistically at all times. This includes:

• Using vehicles for their intended purpose (e.g., no off-roading in sports cars or lowriders).
• Respecting road laws and traffic behavior during normal roleplay situations unless roleplay justifies otherwise.
• Reacting appropriately to major crashes — if your character is in a severe accident, you must roleplay the consequences (e.g., injury, unconsciousness, calling for EMS).
• No continuously driving after a major wreck as if nothing happened.

"GTA Driving"—driving in a reckless, unrealistic, or arcade-like manner (e.g., weaving through traffic at high speed, ignoring all traffic laws, ramming vehicles for no reason, or treating the server like a racing game)—is not allowed.

All driving should be realistic and fit the roleplay scenario. Driving unrealistically or engaging in "GTA Driving" breaks immersion and may result in warnings or disciplinary actions.

No Suicide RP Prohibited

Suicide roleplay is strictly prohibited on this server.

Any form of roleplay involving suicide or self-harm is not allowed. If you need support, please reach out to staff or a mental health professional.

No Current/Controversial Events RP Prohibited

Roleplay involving current or recent real-world events, or controversial topics, is not allowed.

Keep RP scenarios fictional and avoid sensitive or divisive real-world subjects.

No Child/School RP Prohibited

Roleplay involving children, schools, or any scenarios of harm or violence towards minors is strictly forbidden.

This includes, but is not limited to, any RP about harming, shooting, or endangering children or school-related situations.

No Explicit Content

Ensure all roleplay remains appropriate and respectful for all players.

Terrorist Roleplay

Terrorist roleplay is not allowed unless explicitly approved by staff.

Requests for such roleplay scenarios should be made through the /report command. (Staff have the right to refuse permission for any reason)

Additional Notes

Rule Changes: Rules are subject to change at any time. Players are expected to stay informed about current rules and adapt to any updates.
Staff Authority: Mods and staff reserve the right to ban players for any rule violations. The severity of the violation will determine the consequences.
Adaptability: The server’s rules are designed to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players. Feedback and suggestions are always welcome to improve the server environment.
Kicks: Being kicked from the server does not go on your permanent record, but all kicks are still visible to staff and may be considered in future moderation decisions.

Note: Mods and Staff have the right to ban any player for violations of these rules. The severity of actions will dictate the length of bans or other penalties.
