• Violation of platform terms may result in immediate removal

• Respect all players and staff
• Follow all in-game and Discord rules at all times
• No exploiting, cheating, or rule evasion
• Staff decisions are final — appeals can be made respectfully

5. Copyright and Assets

• All server content, branding, and scripts are property of Pacific City RP or their original creators
• You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse server assets without permission

6. User Data

• We do not sell or share your personal data
• Basic information (e.g., Steam ID, Discord ID) may be logged for moderation and security
• By using our services, you agree to this data collection

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version of these terms.

• Pacific City RP is not responsible for any loss of data, in-game items, or account access.
• Use of our services is at your own risk.
• We reserve the right to restrict access to our services at any time for any reason.
